Branding Questionnaire

This is the Branding Questionnaire we use in all our branding projects. Having clients fill this out during onboarding allows us to get a deeper understanding of the brand, their goals and target audience.

This product includes the following:

• PDF Type-Ready with fields for client to easily fill in
• AI editable format so you can edit the colours and branding. You'll need to prepare the fields yourself afterwards in Adobe Acrobat. (typography used is Montserrat)
